Describe myself? Hmmm... where to start...
One thing that I have really associated myself with is the fact that I am a person of contrasts. I am thrifty, but I do not know much on how I can utilize my monetary resources. I can be very dedicated, but can also be a real bum when it comes to work.
Most people find me "mataray" or "suplado" at first. I seem to emit that kind of aura to people who don't know me. It’s not that I do that on purpose, though. I don't even know why other people feel that way about me. Maybe it's because I do not really talk to people on the street, nor do I approach strangers on the street. I admit I’m a snob outside, but that's because I do not really know how to present myself to other people. I would rather clear away from other people than present myself only to be embarrassed.
I’m not a people person. I’m an introvert. But that doesn't mean that I do not know how to talk to people. I just can't express myself well face to face. I’m better at talking to people over the internet, either thru mail or thru YM. I don't like talking on the phone, though, I can't seem to clear my head and end up saying things I would be regretting in the end.
I only know a few people, and have fewer friends. I’m not sure though if a lot of people know me. Ask my friends what I am like, and you'll find out that I’m not really *that* mataray or suplado.
I have a lot of mood swings. I might be very jolly and active, but after a while I’m already irritated and agitated. Other times it seems like I am a completely different person (I love impersonating other people, that's one of my skills).
One of my friends told me, that I am somewhat easy to read. I have been getting better at concealing my emotions though.
I am not really an outgoing person. If one of my friends invites me to go to the mall to watch a movie or eat, I would go, but I really prefer staying at home. I love staying indoors, away from the sun. I love lying on my bed, doing nothing. I enjoy just being with myself.
I do not go much to movies, but I love watching the television. I’m mostly into anime and Japanese dramas. I’m amazed on how creative Japanese are. And I love Japanese music. I hope one day I would have a Japanese friend and s/he would teach me how to speak their language better.
I love computers. I’m not the kind of person who upgrades his computer every two years, though. As long as it can accommodate my needs and the speed is OK, I’ve got no problem with it. Although now, I prefer having my laptop, since I can be more mobile.
I love playing games, especially RPG games. I have a Wii at home, which a rarely use now. I mostly just play games on my phone.
I’m not athletic. I did play badminton and table tennis though. One day, I hope I can continue archery. I liked the sport.
I’m not as musically inclined as my sister, but I do know how to play the instruments. Well, sort of. At least I know something about the piano, the guitar, and the drums. And I can sing (a family heritage?)
Well, that’s about it. I can’t think of anything more. Maybe I’ll update this again when I remember something new. Or look at the label "about me" Better yet, know me through the people around me. :)
