My comedic farewell letter when I left my job more than 6 months ago. AFAIK there's no bitterness in there so I don't mind posting this.

I know it's a bit corny. Just bear with it. :P

Reunion - Chapter 6: Breakfast

Chapter six... Wrote 3 new chapters in a span of 2 weeks (or less!) And I have a few ideas on what to write for the next few chapters.

Looks like I won't be finishing this in 10 short chapters as I originally hoped. Let's just hope that I would be able to in less than 15 (or 20).

Anyway, if ever you see any wrong grammar or spelling just let me know. I wrote this on a fly without any proof reading or what have you. Trying to proof read this thing by myself is a bit biased, IMHO.

Chapter 6 - Breakfast

The sun was already high in the sky when I woke up. I glanced at the clock beside my table - it's already 1PM. I must've been really tired. First I got caught up in a dreamless daze in the office, and now I woke up late. I wasn't even able to change to my pajamas after I got home. Good thing it was a Saturday, I can wake up pretty late if I wanted to.

Reunion - Chapter 5: The walk

Continuing from where we left off from Chapter 4, but this time from James' perspective.

Which made me wonder. If there aren't any "intro" into any of the chapters, would people be able to identify from whose perspective I'm writing for?

Chapter 5 - The Walk

"Are you sure you want to walk?" I asked after we got out of the office building. "You were pretty dazed back in the office."

"Yeah, it's the least I can do as an exercise." she replied. "Plus it's not really that far, I live 2 stations away."

"You're really sure?" I insisted. "We can take a cab instead you know."

Reunion - Chapter 4: Dazed

After more than a month (or two?) Chapter 4, finally! hihihi...

I already have an idea for the next Chapter (and possibly the next), but I don't have the time to write it yet. I'm thinking there would probably be a few more chapters after that, an event and a confrontation. How it'll work out I'm not yet sure, so I won't get ahead of myself.

"Jessie?"

I was surprised when I suddenly heard James speak. I must've been so deep in thought that I didn't even notice that he was standing right next to me. It was like a repeat of the first day.

"Oh sorry, I was just thinking of something. How long have you been there?"
