Reunion - Chapter 6: Breakfast

Chapter six... Wrote 3 new chapters in a span of 2 weeks (or less!) And I have a few ideas on what to write for the next few chapters.

Looks like I won't be finishing this in 10 short chapters as I originally hoped. Let's just hope that I would be able to in less than 15 (or 20).

Anyway, if ever you see any wrong grammar or spelling just let me know. I wrote this on a fly without any proof reading or what have you. Trying to proof read this thing by myself is a bit biased, IMHO.

Chapter 6 - Breakfast

The sun was already high in the sky when I woke up. I glanced at the clock beside my table - it's already 1PM. I must've been really tired. First I got caught up in a dreamless daze in the office, and now I woke up late. I wasn't even able to change to my pajamas after I got home. Good thing it was a Saturday, I can wake up pretty late if I wanted to.

Reunion - Chapter 5: The walk

Continuing from where we left off from Chapter 4, but this time from James' perspective.

Which made me wonder. If there aren't any "intro" into any of the chapters, would people be able to identify from whose perspective I'm writing for?

"Are you sure you want to walk?" I asked after we got out of the office building. "You were pretty dazed back in the office."

"Yeah, it's the least I can do as an exercise." she replied. "Plus it's not really that far, I live 2 stations away."

"You're really sure?" I insisted. "We can take a cab instead you know."

Reunion - Chapter 4: Dazed

After more than a month (or two?) Chapter 4, finally! hihihi...

I already have an idea for the next Chapter (and possibly the next), but I don't have the time to write it yet. I'm thinking there would probably be a few more chapters after that, an event and a confrontation. How it'll work out I'm not yet sure, so I won't get ahead of myself.

Chapter 4: Dazed

"Jessie?"

I was surprised when I suddenly heard James speak. I must've been so deep in thought that I didn't even notice that he was standing right next to me. It was like a repeat of the first day.

"Oh sorry, I was just thinking of something. How long have you been there?"

Reunion - Chapter 3: Surprise

This is the third chapter of the story I was writing. It might not be as fluid as the first two though. Sorry about that.

Anyway this is like a recap of the events that happened in Chapter 1 and 2, but from the perspective of the other person, James.

As usual, comments are always welcome. This is a very rough draft, so it might change a bit (or drastically), depending on the feedback.

Chapter 3 - Surprise

Monday - it's just like any other day. I wake up, do my morning routine, prepare for work and head off. Today's a bit different though - everyone was abuzz that a new employee will be coming in today. I didn't really get much detail, except that she had previously worked at one of the best firms in the industry, and that she's really good. Little did I know that I would be in for a really big surprise.

Chapter 2 – Mark

It was a bit late when I got off from work – for a first day it was pretty hectic. I had the whole morning for HR and company orientations and the latter part of the day was spent trying to familiarize myself with the job. It was pretty busy, but it was ok for the most part. Well, maybe except for James passing by every fifteen minutes or so trying to see if I was okay or if I need help. It’s not like I don’t have the capacity to do my own work – I wouldn’t have been hired if I the company thinks I’m good for nothing..

Part 1 of (hopefully) a running story. 

This is purely fictional. Any similarities to actual persons or events are purely coincidental.

On another note, I realized that 2 of the main characters - Jessie and James - kinda form Team Rocket from Pokemon. That was never planned. :P
